Uber drivers are *******

You need to sort out the useless thieving drivers that you hire. I ordered yesterday with Leave at door status and the driver thought he could use the excuse that the gate of the complex was not opening for him to come in, so that he could cancel my order and take my food!!! He didn’t even dial. I had to collect my order at the complex gate as he turned on the timer to cancel my order. When I get to the gate he said he dialed the intercom. I then asked him to show me how he dialed and he point blank refused. I then opened with my remote and showed him that there was nothing wrong with the intercom. While he was waiting at the gate and on route back and forth to my complex ( I am not sure why he arrived at the complex, then left, then came back, left again, and came back again)I called him several times and messaged as well. No answer on calls. Absolutely pathetic service. If I had not gone to the complex gate, which is a good 300 metres from my house, he would have sat and waited the 8 minutes at the gate, then cancelled the order and stole my food.
