Uber driver took my money but app shows that I haven't paid

I ordered two large pizzas on Saturday. The driver handed my order and I paid him R200 my order total was R166 I told him to take the change. I logged on my app today to order and boom it shows as cancelled order. Why?? I paid and I have pictures of the food I received that very day!!
