Uber driver theft - Non delivery of food

Placed an order over the value of R600. Order was never delivered, driver never attempted to contact me. No way of any telephonic communication with the company only via the app. Very frustrating as communication is minimal and states that contact will be made after 24hrs. Highly unprofessional, terrible service. Apparently drivers plan such schemes when customers purchase via card and provides them with free food! Driver Hitira not to be trusted and uncontactable.
