Uber Driver Never delivered my ordee

Driver claim to be in accident. Never delivered my order or arrange for someone else to help him. He said that he delivered my order. Wow I hope that he enjoys the order he had ****** from me. I will never support Uber again and I hope that I can convince others to also stop using their service. I contacted Uber and they still did not reply or help me.
