Uber Driver Made Me Wait And Then Took My Food
Waited for half an hour at the usual drop off point. Never had a problem before this. This driver, John, made me stand for 30 minutes and never arrived, while driving in circles 5 minutes away. He then took a picture of the delivery as if it was handed off to me. The picture clearly shows him holding the bag in some unknown location. I have not received my order. I have screen shots to prove he was not even close to where he should have been and wasted my time. Uber Help has said nothing to me in over 3 hours now and I'm without my food and the money spent on it. Absolutely ridiculous.

30 Oct 2024, 16:26The entire day has passed and still no word from Uber on this matter. Found out this guy is a known ****mer and has done this to many others. Uber seems to not care and do nothing about it. My food was ****** and I will be opening a case of theft/***** if not resolved.

30 Oct 2024, 19:47Uber is refusing to acknowledge the issue and told me I won't be getting a refund. Completely pathetic. I will not be using Uber Eats ever again.
