Uber driver Iniesta rude and left with delivery

I made an order from the Macdonalds at Braamfontein to be delivered at a wits residence for my child. A guy called Iniesta with bike registration JF73WDGP Went to deliver. He was extremely impatient and when i tried to direct him to the drop off place he said he was gonna leave, was extremely rude and eventually left with the order which was quite substantial. I called the Uber call centre and during my conversation with one agent it transpired that if an order is not delivered, some drivers take it back to merchant or keep it for themselves. I called Macdonalds Braamfontein and they confirmed the order was not returned. For a big company like Uber Eats its very disappointing to get such unproffesional service. Be warned. I will take the case on with my legal team so no one has to suffer the same fate of being treated in such a rude manner
