Uber driver Edefine stole my food

Uber Eats drivers are deliberately not delivering orders, not even arriving at the correct address and *****ing the food orders. I was in constant contact with my uber delivery driver by the name of Edefine who despite never arriving at my complex and then stating that he waited for me to collect, despite being nowhere near I was, left with my food. I was in constant contact with her, because despite giving my full address this imbecile did not arrive anywhere near my place. Now I am R340 out of pocket and went hungry last night. I flagged this on the app, and Uber just basically says you don't qualify for a refund without any explanation?
