Uber driver drove away with food

Hi UberEats I am absolutely disgusted I ordered from Burger King at century city was waiting for it to be delivered at WNS in century city, driver messaged that he arrived at 19:00pm I responded told him I’m coming he advised me that his leaving at exactly 19:01. I basically begged him to wait and he refused kept saying and I quote “I’m busy”. I have his personal cell number he has blocked me, his name is Luthando ***. Before he blocked me I called him and he screamed at me that his busy. I fully and utterly blame Uber, you people clearly have no control over your drivers he basically ****** us and there is not evens an option on your app for drivers who run away with other people’s food that THEY PAID FOR ! I don’t get the food, I don’t get a refund all because your app states it was “delivered” Not helpful at all ! This is the second time this has happened to me the first time absolutely nothing was done ! They do not evens deserve one star!
