Uber driver Did not deliver order.

I ordered two bottles of wine on Friday 3 o'clock using card payment option. The driver then came and told me the transaction was cash and not card, I told him I don't have cash and that is not how I requested to pay(I have a slip as proof). He then left with the wine but money was deducted from my card.
