UBER DRIVER *****- ADAM

I am utterly horrified. This uber eats driver ADAM claimed to be outside my place of residence, but I was standing outside and he was nowhere to be seen. He completely ignored my text messages giving him specific details of the house, and he stole my fast food order worth R110 and I was charged for this order and not reimbursed by uber eats?? Nobody is getting back to me on this????
