Uber double charge

I’ve been double charge. Paid via my Uber Eats app and the driver took money from me. Tried calling the driver to come and bring my money back but the number no longer works. The app also doesn’t refresh when money has been taken off the voucher that I have loaded. Only once the driver left did the app update and money was taken off.

This is very frustrating and i don’t understand why the driver can’t be contacted anymore and why does the app not load in time so that i know what is what with payments.
