Uber does not care about their client

UberEats is a ****. Somebody there uses my banking details into their Uber accounts. Because I’ve changed my banking details thrice already only in the ubereats app and someone else keeps using them. Firstly I was told I am related to the person in question, I was told she stays in Pretoria, I stay in Soweto, then I was blocked from responding further. Now this thing keeps happening, when I complain I am told my complain is too long, they’ll respond when I write I brief complain. I am deactivating my uber account & opening a ***** case.
