Uber Disgusting services

Uber service has always been questionable but now they have stooped yo a new low. Ordered food 1 week ago that never arrived. I reported the issue immediately and they sent an automated response, Which now I know was just to distract me from the main issue. I never recieved the refund they promised. I now sent another complaint and they say my response will not be addressed as the issue happened over 48hrs earlier.

The service level of this "convenience" service has really been awful of late. And they need to be held accountable. Not even mentioning the horrible things their taxi service drivers do to people.

Really disgusted.
