Uber Disaster

I ordered food from from Mozo Norwood on 5/12/2024 the food never arrived No one rang our door bell and there is no refund or an attempt at an apology . Apparently the food delivered stood outside for 8 minutes .Complete bull**** as there are buzzers at the gate . Its the second time with Uber eats first time they delivered the wrong food .Delivery guy can make up any story and its believed I will never order through them again and recommend other dont use them either .
