Uber-disappointment

I placed an order with the company from a restaurant around the corner from my work. the app said it would take 25 - 30 minutes to arrive. as time yet by the app just kept adding on time. Eventually i decided to phone the uber call center and to my surprise they were absolutely no help at all and all they said was we are sorry and they could not tell me when my food would arrive.
