Uber Delivery Bad service big time

I had a very bad experience with Uber Eats, the driver never arrived at the location. I was standing outside my house for more then an half an hour-as I could see on the app where he was driving-I waited and waited only to find out my order was cancelled and they can't refund my money- Then who ate the order that I've made? I want my refund back - I'm not sure even the customer service on the app is a real person. Never again will I use Uber Eats and don't recommend people to use it. Let's boycott Uber Eats guys!
