Uber delivery

I have issues with the uber delivery, the first time I ordered food to pay using cash and I gave the driver cash and he reported that I did not pay. I explained on uber eats and they gave me a warning instead of listening to my story.

Today I ordered food and selected the leave at the door option. I have a chronic condition (endometrisosis) and I was in pain I couldn't walk to the gate. The driver left the food at the gate on the ground (the ground is wet due to the rain). Uber is saying that my order is not elligible for a refund. We are in the middle of a pandemic and leaving food on the wet floor is unhygenic and unproffessional. In my complex they are about 90 complexies what are the changes that I would find the food on the wet ground outside the gate. The driver had the audacity to leave the food on the ground and take a picture and send on the app and report that he delivered the food.
