Purchased food via the Ubereats app today the 29th May 23. My account was debited, no invoice generated on the app nor an invoice sent my inbox. Food has not arrived and no way for me to query it. Spoke to the person who handles the Instagram channel. Its been an hour now and no reply from any person at Ubereats. That's it they just stole my money.
