Uber Cheats

<p>My friend ordered from Uber Eats on Saturday at about 22:10. The order was processed and money taken out of their account. </p> <p>At about 23:45, he gets a call to say that the order had been delivered. We told the guy that it wasn't, but he insisted. Ofcourse there is no driver description or numbers on Uber Eats as there is for Uber so we could not call him back. We called Uber...nothing. We sent emails. Tried again today (Monday)...Still nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think if Uber has no way of tracking these drivers, they shouldn't do it then. This is poor theft. We are considering just opening up a ******** case because this is crazy. </p>
