UBER CHARGED US FOR AN ORDER WE DID NOT GET YET REFUSES TO REFUND ME

AGAIN with UberEats, you delivery driver literally ****med us and stole our food and you guys refuse to refund us nor reprimand him!

I ordered food from Chicken Lickin', I sent the driver the access code to get into the complex. However, when its time to be delivered, the driver starts lying saying hes by our door. I go out, Hes not there. The he says hes by the block but cannot find the apartment. So I started calling him and walking around the block and complex looking for him, he is nowhere to be found. Our security said they never saw him or let him enter (proof is that the code was never used!). The guards from other complex's say they saw him just driving around in a circle and basically hiding from us whenever we went to the gate.

He basically planned to ***** our food all along, BUT whats worse, Uber says no they cannot refund me! THIS IS BS!!
