Uber as a whole is *******!!!!

I placed an order at KFC through UberEats and my money was taken off my account and was told Ntokozo is on his way. It was 6:30pm & it's now 10:13pm & it still says 25 minutes on the app. I haven't cancelled the order because i want to see what will happen. Obviously the person has been at the same place since i ordered, no movement nothing! I'm so ****ed because it was my Kid's supper. Uber as a whole is *******!!! We are now paying for services we never got. It doesn't deserve even one star 😡
