Uber are ****s

I bought or purchased a uber cash credits worth 4950 on my uber account. I tried buying things using my uber credit I purchased it not working it saying they can't accept my payments but when I was buying my credits they allowed it. I have been contacting uber they said they emailed me regarding the matter I haven't received any emails from them l, but kept on saying they emailed me I went on to contact them via Facebook they telling me I don't have any payment method activated. I sent them a screen shot of the amount I purchased and it sitting on my uber account and I have loaded my personal credit card for payment yet they telling me I don't have any payment active. I went on to change my email and verified it so I can get a email from them and communicate with them yet nothing is happening. My uber account email is was changed to *** and phone number is *** I gave them all details yet still they telling me to activate a payment I don't like this kinder *****s and ****s I want to use my money on food and what I want my own money I can't use it because of ubers stupid system.
