Uber and Ubet eats are disgusting

Placed an order; 20 lapsed, the app showed that the driver was on his way and then the driver just cancelled without providing any reasons and this was not the 1st time this has happened. I had similar issues with Uber cab services.

A few months a ago a driver drove away from as I attempted to open the door to enter. No apology or solution to correct the issue was provided by uber; uber has continuiosly shown that they dont give a damn about customer service. This is especially frustrating considering that I have been using their services for the past 5 years (Monday-Friday) spending well in excess of R4000 a month.

I have been making use of their service less and less but from today onwards I will cease using any of their services.
