Uber and Uber Eats poor service

What a disaster or just my sheer misfortune. Both Uber and Uber Eats did not live up to their standards. Uber double charged me and Uber Eats did not deliver my ordered meal and yet both have been charged. Help service is useless too.

Kindly reverse both the Uber and the Uber Eats charge. Thank you.
