Uber

So I ordered food from McDonald's last night using the UberEATS app, the McDonald's I ordered from is about 700m from my residence, but I had an operation and couldn't drive, after waiting more than an hour the app informed me that the driver is outside, I went outside but there was no one, I could see on the app tracker that the driver was on the wrong side of the street so I tried calling the driver but his phone was off, after waiting another 30min I decided to call McDonald's and finally someone answered the phone after struggling for another 30min, just to hear; sorry there's nothing we can do, I must contact Uber, so I called the Uber call center but there's no way to get hold of an agent as everything is automated, now I can't order from the app again as it says that I've not paid for my last order, I eventually downloaded the Mr. D app and ordered from steers, and finally got food at 22:00
