Uber

I requested a ride the first driver just passed me, the second one went to a different spot, he stood there and when I finally saw him he told me he waited too long, I was not bothered by that but by the fact that they deducted money from my account and did not return it. It was not responding cause I do not know how the other ride was requested but I just saw money going out of my account. I deleted it, I want nothing to do Uber.
