The delivery partner Sheunesu was given clear instructions and a code. He lies and says the security told him he is at the wrong gate. And the agent abdul basit states that the delivery person tried everything whereas there’s no text from the agent stating he has arrived nor an attempt to communicate. I’m utterly disappointed and disgusted at the service and support.
