Ubeeats cash payment

Hi I had a bad experience with Ubereats where I opted for a cash payment for an order at McDonalds that cost R122 and I paid the delivery Guy R150 meaning he got a tip, next thing I go to the App only to find that the Driver said I didn’t pay and I need to make payment arrangements l, I sent a complaint only for Ubereats to say they will pay but this should be the last time this happens next time I will have to pay, I’m mad because now it seems like I’m not trustworthy whereas the driver is not accounted for and basically I was given a warning like a little child, please help or they must come with a solution for drivers to account for cash payments coZ why would he give me food and leave without me giving him the money like seriously though
