Ubber eats guy from Burundi ********

A guy from Burundi who could not speak English deliverd chicken licken and the app only ollowed cash and I didn't have cash ,I opted for instant money instead and the guy didn't have a count number ,I sent the money and pin to his account and R120 went through my account to his sms and he wrote on ubber that I did not pay him I am going t9 report this Case to the police and am not joking ,how can u do business without a bank account I want him to write on Ubber that he got the money .the app doesn't even have a place to lodge queries because I can't see his name anymore
