Ubber eats drivers sucks and are ****mers

Ordered food at chicken licken from ubber eats, at Eyethu mall in Soweto. Driver did not come to the destination. He called and we gave him directions but he just decided to complete the delivery. His name was Mtumba, called back but the number has been disconnected. Went to chicken licken at Eyethu, then the manager said the driver never took my delivery back to, he didn't leave his cell phone number and they can't do anything as they are a third party and I should be in contact with ubber eats. Laid a complaint on the ubber eats app but they haven't contacted me. I lost R594.00. I want my refund and I doubt I will ever use ubber eats AGAIN 😡😡
