Ubber eats complaint and I want my refund

I have ordered something from gardens supermarket and the driver had been minutes away for the past hour I have tried calling the driver but the number is unavailable My GPS shows that the car is not moving and when I went there, I couldn't find anything Ubber eats don't have a call centre
