Ubber driver took my phone

I left my phone on one of the ther Ubber cars on the 4th of November 2019 and its a business phone! I've been calling the Ubber call center to try and communicate with them on how to retrieve it but they just place my phone call on hold! I'm really frustrated and have nothing else to do! Please help!!
