Ubber driver that has no customer service

An uber driver by the name of Ebenezer Dare. Was very disrespectful, the man even had the nerve to look at me straight in the eye and the audersity to point a finger at me and ask me why am not picking up my phone., as I tried to explain to him that I tried to reply via the texts he was sending me but the app was delaying and my messages was not going through, he kept on speaking to me as if I am a child, and I can not believe the type of service I got from him, we even started exchanging words that caused unnecessary attention at my work reception, is this how uber drivers are suppose treat customers, I'm very disgusted on how I was spoken to, I did not even feel like paying but because I humbled myself and became the bigger man, if he is not going to be warned or advised properly on customer service I will have no choice to ask my company to prevent any uber service to exchange any service with us anymore
