****ty service with their ****ty drivers.

I ordered from Roman’s Pizza using this ****ty app, I was given a pin. The driver was communicating with me and on his way, he asked for my cell which I gave him, thinking nothing of it. The pin is the last 4 digits of my cell number. That ******* entered the pin and just like that, my order was delivered. It is very upsetting to think such services are flawed. I complained of course but because a pin was entered, there’s nothing they can do. They didn’t even bother going through my chats with the driver. Customer service is bs and I wouldn’t recommend anyone using that nonsensical app. Delete that ****.
