I ordered food on uber eats, the driver deliberately went to a wrong address, took a picture and shows as delivered. I waited outside for my order for good 15 minutes and whole time there was no scooter or car that was there for delivery., I even asked the security guard and he said there has not been anyone that entered the premises for good hour or any vehicles or scooters that passed in our premises. There is no customer service to call, no email address and no live chat. and I am informed i wont get a refund. The Driver P****lo Mecarl ****med me knowing very well i will not get refund or get assisted. I see on facebook and other platforms other customers have been having same problems as mine.

this is now just a trend to **** customers, uber eats must shut down because even with issues of the services there is nowhere to report and get assistance.
