I placed an order for a burger and fries and coke large this morning and my food arrived soaked in coke the burger was a mess it was wet,and the fries were wet as well my large coke was basically empty and the driver looked at me like it's my fault the food is wet didn't bother to apologize nothing he drove off I sent a Complaint to Ubereats and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience but we cant help you they provide a service and I'm stuck with a meal thAt is damaged and that according to them is my fault I could have easily when to go do a pick up from the store but given everything with covid 19 someone needs that extra money to make ends meet hence I ordered but if this is the way they treat people then I'm happy to take my business elsewhere and tell all my friends and family never to use them MR delivery provides a much better service but uber eats dont care they treat you like **** for something you paid for I didn't beg for that meal I work hard for my money when I spend it I do that wisely I want my money back for that meal it's in the bin its wet and disgraceful who must eat it will they eat the food they delivered to my house I doubt it NEVER Use them they are a horrible company that doesn't treat customers fairly
