Tsotsi driver

I made a order at burger King Glen Marais via Uber eats and amount went off my account. Driver then sent a message to say someone else picked the order but when I called the store they said it was picked up by the said driver (the driver name is J) we tried to follow up but to no success. Please refund the money and ban this driver from *****ing other customers
