Trying to contact with no luck

I recently had 10 *****ulent transactions on my card. All between R400 and R600 in a matter of two days. How can Uber eats not pick up that the same card number is used om a different profile? If you try and contact them every single number listed for them does not work. Surely they will be able to trace where a delivery was made to? But like I said there is no way to contact them for things like this
