treated unfair by uber eats

On a lazy saturday ordered from Ubereats around 13:01 waited for my delivery at exactly 13:42 i called driver as i saw that he was showing as 5 minutes away he tells me he on his way but i quickly picked up he was struggling understanding me sharp at 13:46 i receive a call from uber saying driver is trying to get ahold of me, I am taken aback and call driver asking if he can understand me and if he can use the gps ask where is so i can direct him proper he says he is coming sharp ,i called him numerous times he kept saying uhmm next thing at 14:01 my order was marked as complete i call him again asking why it is marked as delivered as he has not delivered he tells me to text on whatsapp which was a lie because the number is not on whatsapp safe to say i paid for food and it was never delivered. Uber eats is not being fair to me as a customer by saying driver followed all procedures when I am the one who was calling him all along im extremely mad and frustrated.
