Rated it one star because there’s no zero star, otherwise it deserves no star. No proper escalation channels, I was charged for an order that never arrived. I wanted to escalate this real time but there’s no customer support number you can contact, you have to rely on Support that will only reply during working hours. Mr Delivery is way better than this
