I would give them a 0 but unfortunately that’s not possible! I placed an order for meds from a local pharmacy and I changed my payment method to cash. The driver delivered the goods, took the cash and later on canceled my order on his phone. Unbeknownst to me, I placed an order a few days later for breakfast and saw that Ubereats debited my account for my order as well as the previous order which I paid for in cash. Meaning I had to pay twice for an order because the driver had canceled order! This is such a *******! I have tried many times to seek customer service support but the silly chat system that Ubereats relies on is a whole lot of nonsense! The only response I get is “please elaborate further” despite my numerous attempts to type my issue out in plain English. I requested for Ubereats to speak to the driver regarding the cash so that I can be refunded, but it seems like competency lacks in this business. Be careful when using this app, you probably will get **********!!
