Took payment but removed order and no delivery😡

Placed an order today at 17:06. The payment went off and minutes later the order just dissapeared from my order list and no delivery occured. Can not get a hold of any support to assist :( even the support mail does not respond. I want my money back!and will definetly not use them again 😡🤬
