Took money for nothing

Bad service, i placed a new order yesterday 1/10/2024 for food, they took that money for the order and they took money for a order i placed 2 years ago that i cancelled out of my account. Im very unhappy about this, now i paid for something i did not receive, and there is no number to phone to find out what is going on and to get a refund. I doent know what to do to get my money back
