TLDR: Poor service. Useless app. Use an alternative

Tonight was the last straw. I've gone from member, to non-member, and now I'm leaving. It's you, not me.

I have drivers asking for my address when I've been registered with you for years. They said it's because the app doesn't work properly. I know it's because they are sharing the app. Tonight I had a driver ask if I was paying cash or through the app, as they often do, and decline delivery because of my answer. This was after i made payment through the app. Guess what? He's using someone else's app.

Tonight, on Christmas eve, the restaurant even called to ask what was happening as the food stood for so long, all the while the driver was still deciding whether to accept or decline my order based on payment.

TLDR: Poor service. Useless app. Use an alternative.
