Tip not refunded

I order from Uber regularly and never have an issue but today 12/05/2023 my order never arrived and it’s listed as delivered. On the email receipt the address in not mine. I go ahead and report this and I’m given a refund but my 10% tip on the order is not refunded. What a ridiculous thing. Why the hell do the get to keep 10% of the money I paid if I didn’t receive my order at all. Does this mean that the useless delivery person keeps that money. I want my 10% back together with the actual cost of the order!!!
