ticket order # FB8BA)- KFC was charged and fooc wasn't delivered

I was charged for KFC that I've never ate,R302.80 on the 09.09.2023 The scotter driver from KFC Brachenhurst. I have the name of the driver, I called KFC regarding this matter, the lady I spoke to said I should call Uber Eats, I did. All the numbers I had weren't working. I have sent them an email with no response till today. Can please someone assist.
