Disgusting company!

My company provides vouchers every Friday for R120. Last Friday i ordered a meal for R178. R120 was covered by the voucher and R58 to my card. When i went on the app this week, it showed that I still owed R58 because it didnt get taken from my card. Once going to pay for the remaining amount, my R120 voucher was removed and I ended up paying R120 from my bank account and the R58 was still owing.

I contacted support to refund me and they didnt even read my support query. All the agent told me was something not even relevant to my query.

What a bunch of *******!
