******* IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE

I'm constantly having issues with this company. The latest is an ongoing one of theft.

I only had cash on me so I placed an order totalling R290.

I gave the driver 1 R200 note and 2 R50 notes - so I added a R10 tip to my driver. The driver logged that I had paid him nothing. Lord knows why he handed over the order if this was the case.

Uber then sent me a message saying I did not pay and owed them R290. I immediately complained and Uber came back saying they would "give me the benefit of the doubt" and cancel the amount this one time (like they're doing me a favour instead of actually acknowledging their driver stole from me).

I then placed an order for R149.98. I only had R200. The driver didn't have change so he marked I paid him R200 and said a credit of R50.02 would be passed against my account.

Since then Uber has REFUSED to resolve the issue that is my R50 credit that's not be passed against my account or even the case of driver named "Soul" who stole from me.

Delete this app. They don't care for you or the issues you face with them. And never ever use cash. The drivers could so easily ***** from you.
