I did not receive my food. I paid for food that ubereats didn't deliver. I was told they won't be giving me a refund!!! The payment was made on my bosses account and we both would never use this app again! I went to Twitter to vent and turns out since lockdown, a lot of people have had the same problem. Ubereats is *****ING money from people!!! Your drivers only attempt to contact me was 3 messages saying "I've arrived". I look outside and he's NOT THERE!!! He listed my order as delivered! We have an intercom outside which he didn't even touch!
