Received a R75 voucher for Uber Eats, requiring you to spend R75 or more in order to redeem it. I placed an order for R76,60, redeemed the voucher and proceeded to checkout. Suddenly the receipt reflects the full price payable. The voucher says ' expired on 20 November 2019'. Today is the 14th of November. I have not paid for the order as I have asked UberEats to look into it and manually link thee voucher again. However, all I receive are excuses, where they try every avenue to make it your (The customer's) fault. Now they state that you have to spend more than R 75 excluding delivery, but are not prepared to show me where this is stated. Pathetic.
